Kos'm-uun was a human cultist of the Far Lands and the eldritch beings that reside there, channeling her powers through a link to the moon. As a consequence, she was eventually warped into a creature of the Far Lands herself- beneath her heavy robes, she has a pale and luminous form, twisted into something not-quite human; legs that end in spear-like points, a taut, rounded belly, and animate tentacles in place of hair.
