After going through half of their blood reserves, it seems that Maddie still having trouble keeping their babies fed. They never realized just how much blood they actually needed to drink to keep them all content! They're lucky that none of that blood got on their maid suit!

If you know me by now, of course I have to have a pregnancy picture that comes with a new character. Does this ultimately prove that they're a female though? Maybe! They do also have a butler uniform on standby after all!
Fun Fact: On my dA account, the picture posted there actually has Maddie with a smaller pregnant belly.
