Continuing evolution of zebber marquetry, the pieces here are entirely machine cut, its not quite as tight as by hand with a knife, but takes a tenth of the time, the substrate is an old floorboard ground smooth. The subject is vaguely a raven, however there are some specific inaccuracies such as eye colour.
