Indeed this picture seems a little darker, maybe because Harry is afraid of whatever had captured him >w<! Poor guy! But nevertheless it's an really amazing picture :D! A really realistic scenario, I must say, the boxes seems to be really dirty (I like the detail that one of them has "Fur Affinity" on it x//D!) and old ^w^! His afraid expression is also very credible owo!

I wouldn't say "dark" just a bit of a thriller or suspenseful situation with the character here. It looks as if so this tied up and gagged blue dog, kangaroo hopped his way into the storage unit or small closet space to escape his captors. Thats all really and besides its my cup of Coco when theirs mild peril in every rope bondage type situation. The bound character escaped the room he was being held in but still needs to find a way to some how free himself from his tight ropes

A darkened basement and helplessly restrained this makes for quite a sinister scenario, and Harry looks like he could be in a lot of trouble. From the boxes including the one with 'Fur affinity' maybe they contain stolen artworks and our poor husky stumbled across them and got himself captured by art thieves? Now after debating what to do with them they've sent the most intimidating and capricious member, a hyena named Vladimir to interrogate him and maybe break his neck if he knows too much or isn't likely to fetch a good ransom.

The hyena though thinks he could have more fun with telling Harry what's in store for him and indulging in some sinister laughter, but then after loosening the gag thinks of a better one, using his own socks which as he informs Harry he could do with a new pair anyway as he's worn these for about a week and after letting that prospect sink in for the captive he takes a moment to indulge in some more fiendish laughter, leaving maybe just a moment of opportunity for Harry to attempt an escape.
