Its very much luck to find one carrier on the whole sea who is big enough to lying on it :D but i think he must repair after this......

Well, there is the Seawise Giant at nearly 460 meters long, so around 130 extra meters there, but it is a bit less wide, but wider down at the water line so it should be a bit more stable. Sadly it has been scrapped.
But there is the Brazan container ships, each one nearly 60 meters wide and some 400 meters long, and all 6 of them could probably be tied together into a nice large floating bed for more then just two dragons to enjoy.
And then there is the new Gerald R. Ford class carrier, that is eight meters longer then the older Nimitz ones, and a meter wider too. If one wants the nice smooth flatness of an aircraft carrier to snuggle up on.
But it seems there are no boats built to handle two large dragons though...
