Sera: Yes, Carmen, I did. I've been talking about doing this for almost a month now.

Carmen: But you actually followed through with it?

Sera: *huffs loudly* Cheesus Crust, Carmen, why does it seem so unbelievable?

Carmen: Oh, I don't know. Maybe because he's a seven foot tall beast of a man and anthros aren't exactly common where your parents live.

Sera: But also remember that I'm adopted, and that a least a couple of the fosters before me were anthros. Someone willing to take anyone in is less likely to be prejudice.

Carmen: And that's just all well and good, babe. But he must have been a nervous wreck.
