Lip syncing animation demo
In my last animation with Guilmon i mainly focused on shading, So for my next lil project i decided to take on another challenge, animating speech!
I decided to put to use what little voice acting experience i have to voice my own character, i think it's turning out pretty good so far, though i hope it's just me when i think my voice doesn't really fit my character x3

My mind's blown. Time for some clustered thoughts!
1: Wow, that's your voice? It sounds so... Normal. 2: Not sure if that's what I think fits coming out of a fat dragonite's mouth XD
3: You've synced it up real good! You're not just awesome at art, but skilled at animating? And now this... If you aren't a full-fledged one-man freelance animator, I don't know what is!

Not only do i think the lip sync is good, the actual shape and basic animation is fluid and looks nice well. It gives the right kinda movement for me to really imagine the full picture, doubled up with great expression!
Also i dunno why but looking at the character and hearing the voice i feel it's a perfect fit. The voice has like.. the same age as the character has visually.

Geeze that means a lot to hear! I could've made it a lot easier by just moving the lips and keeping the head still but i decided to move the entire body which adds so much more life to it, at the cost of more time to animate it~
Well i'm still a teenager myself and i kinda imagine my sona to be as well, i'm glad you think they fit though!
