Wow, great story, Cynergi.

Verdy awesome-you've got a lot of insight on the whole mythos. I kinda stick with what I like being the characters and certain story archs. The cartoon and its greatness, all in all, was just the 30 minute toy commercial that I ate up like a crazy person (well, it and MLP of course. XD). Though, despite my great like for the movie-I still dun like what transpired and try not to think about it. >.> Getting rid of Optimus and all the other cool characters(That I really liked) just to throw in a bunch of new ones was upsetting. (NOOoooo MEGATRON!?!? *dies* I don't like Galvatron -_-*)I will never forget the death of Optimus Prime ; ;...dad had to take the tape away when I wouldn't stop bawling after he turned grey and, well, dead. I was like 6... >.>;; It's still a good watch though; and i'll probably be getting the 20th anniversary DVD when it comes out.

As for Beast Wars/Machines...I really didn't like that series. The few times I did catch it, it really didn't hook me like a lot of other people. I've heard that it had a super duper good story and what not, but really...i'm all for the silly chaoticness and somewhat seriousness which was G1 before the movie. Only thing that makes up for it now is the IDW stuff because, well, it's serious and uses those characters I grew up loving muchly. I didn't even know there was a Marvel comic series for a while-never did read those. I got wrapped up in DW and now IDW. Can't wait for Escalation-but i'm also digging the whole 'Hearts of Steel' series.

God that was a long reply...Oh well! In any event, if you write up your story I will be sure to check it out! Might make me try and work on mine! Or atleast draw it out MLP/TF wise... XD
