That's the idea. He's a clever stray who'd outsmart anyone. Kinda like Dupe, but a spotty version. Though he doesn't tend to confront anyone

He's forced to live a stray life since puppyhood. No one wanted to adopt long coated Dalmatians since most would prefer the types without that much coat. From then on he took the hint, grew street smart and learn to raise himself
