This is my favorite go to healthy snack. It's something I don't feel too bad if I binge on, and they tend to be very filling.
Also SUPER easy to make
3 very ripe bananas
1 apple
3 cups old fashioned or instant rolled oats
1cup of raisins
1TBSP cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove
Preheat oven to 180 C/ 350 degrees F
Purée Apple, bananas, and spices together, stir in the oats, the add the raisins. Make into cookie shape or small balls ( I used a rounded teaspoon measuring spoon) bake for 12- 15 minutes, cool on cookie rack.
These taste great if you haven't been eating lots of sweets, but if you are used to normal oatmeal cookies and lots of sugar, it will taste bland at first.
Usually a day or two mostly sugar free, the sweet of these will really satisfy cravings. ( at least in my case)
