for these who want to slap colors on it too ;)
simply and clean cell-shading as that detailed lineart screamed for that, also used some color corrections and overlay-effect, Photoshop ;) yup...
hmm.. what more to say...

The character is colored and shaded in a lot more grey-tone and day-light mood, then I merge all those layers together and put those effects on it, a reddish color correction, a blurred layer with a mask so that only some areas are softer and blurred (those being behind something else..etc.) the red-light is a inner shadow effect set to linear-dodge, the white-ish glow is a inner-glow effect set to "normal" with a 100% range-setting ;) all mainly photoshop effects, nothing more
