The picture was aimed to capture some of the vastness of the area while having a small point of focus, which happened to be a bird! The bird just so happened to land at the scene when the picture was taken, and it was exciting at the time. This was pretty much one of the first photographs, that was taken more seriously! There was a tad of using the 'thirds' positioning.
In a sense, guess this could be compared to being surrounded by wonder and simply observing it once in a while.

Thanks for the favorite & especially the comment. I can't tell you how much I love to see comments on my artwork and what people think about it or what particular parts of it. Mm', I'll have to consider messing around with photo modes a bit more whenever I get the chance to do photography once more. There's plenty of photographs left on my other comp being transferred over, so it may be quite sometime until actually 'new' photographs come in. Although with the attention of diversity in my gallery has been attracting and somewhat enjoying it on some level.. I may consider taking photos once in a while..
It's my pleasure, I know how nice it is to get some attention from others. If your photo would be a bit more sharp, it would look even more great. But you already did a fine job with the motive, it's really nice. If you keep things up, improve them and have fun with it, more attenion will come from alone.
