While Corelia was happy with her life as a doctor, there was something missing. She wanted a little bit of excitement, a little bit of adventure. Coming into the same old clinic day after day was slowly beginning to eat away at her. Opportunities are scarce for her line of work.
When she noticed an opening at the UDF for a Ship Medic, she submitted her application almost immediately. While she was initially very excited, her mood dropped rather quickly when coming to the realization that there had to have been thousands of others also applying for the position. She hadn't heard anything in two weeks and had given up hope.
Until one day, a commanding officer came in to address Corelia personally and brought her to UDF HQ for an interview. While she was extremely nervous, she managed to impress them with her knowledge of multiple different alien anatomy, medicine and cures and she was quickly stationed within Starfrog's faction.
