So ... it's been a while since I've uploaded something here (I've been ill for quite a while earlier this year ... I hope I'll get around to write a journal about this some time soon). But I figured since I got the chance to work on a collaboration with the super talented 
I might as well post it here. :)
She was kind enough to do the sketch and I painted it with acrylics.
The original will be for sale at Eurofurence 23 Artshow, it will be displayed at one of my panels. :)

Krankheit ... oh je, da müsste ich etwas ausholen um das genauer zu erklären. Ist eine chronische Geschichte, die immer mal wieder auflebt und dann öfters noch Begleiterkrankungen mit sich zieht. Das ist zumindest die kurze und vereinfachte Version. ^^;

It's yellow, red, brown a very light blue, to be exact (sorry about that). No special paint, though. I think using gold paint wouldn't have worked quite as well and might have given it some sort of tacky look. Muschelgold (shell gold? dunno) or gold leaf might have worked, though. :)
Hmm ... I think I do like doing collaborations with people I click with easily because we tend to have similar ideas that differ at interesting points. Kinda hard to explain ... But if you happen to have a specific theme for a collaboration in mind, feel free to hit me up anytime. :) If I can make time for it, we can certainly try to work on something together. :)
