Why yes, it IS essentially a combination of Melmo and Bokko.
I could never explain entirely why but fuck me I crush on Melmo so damn hard. Decided to try and make a furry version of her but was trying to think of what I could do to make her something more than just furry Melmo and then I remembered Tezuka's second hottest character: Bokko...DON'T JUDGE ME!
So slam the two together and you get THIS! One sweet huggable milfy bunny.
