While I'm not the best Artist myself, let me offer some advice that I always find useful: I draw lines from on side to the other to check perspective (e.g. from one eye to the other and do the same with horns, maw, nostrils and so on) they should run parallel to each other.
If you do that here you note that the maw and nostrils are on a different perspective then the eyes and horns which in turn will look odd. Hope that helps :).
