Boots of the Biker Bull, Pt. 2 by fluffypup
And here it is! The follow up to this other scribble by 
fluffypup!
It looks like the rubber that came out of his new boots finally managed to cover the rest of his body, turning him into a rather shiny biker bull! In fact, the material comprising the entirety of his new outfit seems to be a mix between leather and latex, nicely called "leathertex" by fluffypup.
Kevin seems to be enjoying his new form, which seems to have given him power over this new material, considering the goo all over the walls and floor. He might have some plans for it...
