This is Eliza Grey, a bunny (though Pooka might be more accurate) who has a trio of different forms depending on what sort of world she finds her self in.

From top to bottom we have:

Pooka: Her 'true' form, which she would take on in a world with heavy magic, and does qualify a bit as 'toony' as well if that would fit in better.

Hybrid: She'll usually take this from in a world where there are only humans, appearing as a hybrid.

Anthro: She'll take on this form when she's in a world that has other anthro species.

Her weapon of choice is a yatagan.
