I wish I could read more poetry. It's difficult to sift through the people that are going "Yay, I wrote a poem, look at me!" and the people that are saying something. Much more difficult than with visual art.
But you just have to keep talking. Words are still powerful, but there are so many now. =/ The modern world is a constant tidal wave of words - you have to find a high place in order to influence the storm.
This is good stuff. You've really gotten a powerful image going by the end. Accidental or not, there's a hint of awkwardness to this that amplifies that, somehow. Imbalance, then *wham*... I'm seeing it. Beautiful.

WOW, thank you for more praise than I deserve. You are right about finding poetry, visual art is much more accesible on the site. I try to find eye grabbing thumbnails but, by the time anyone looks at the updates mine are at the bottom of the pile becaus I only upload late at night where I am.
