You look tired... and pale. I prescribe 9 hours of sleep a night followed by three hours outside in the sunlight with SPF 15 sunscreen on all visible skin for protection.

Take another photo in two weeks, and I'm sure we'll see great improvement.

Sunlight is. It makes me sick. Also, my skin medication makes it extra sensitive.

I go swimming everyday though, I just have to layer on the sunscreen.

Hmm... poor child... but without a healthy tan you will always look sickly xD

I know I do... which is why I'm always trying to get to the pool to sunbathe more... and getting very little color in the process... stupid skin...

I hate just laying there in the sun... it's so uncomfortable and boring. And dangerous...

And I don't really tan... Believe me, I've tried. My skin just doesn't work that way. It just gets frecklier.

Well, I dont just lay there... I put a timer on my watch for 20 minutes, and I chat with my roommate who always comes with me to the pool. We both sunbathe, and after the 20 minutes, we hop in the pool to cool off and fool around, then come back to sunbathe our other sides for 20 minutes... rinse repeat xD

Neither of us have gotten burned while sunbathing. I think we have a pretty good system.
