Below is his profile:
Name: Sir Stanley Blume
B.O.S. Codename: Phineas Pfogg
DOB: July 3, 1977
POB: Birmingham, England, U.K.
Age: 40
Species: English Quarterhorse
Nationality: British
Height: 6’ 2”
Weight: 190 lb
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Dark Brown
Physical Appearance: Traditional Stallion with light brown and white fur colorings.
Occupation: Assistant Director of the Bureau of Superheroes, United Kingdom District
Weapons/Items: Antique Smoking Pipe
Personal Transport: Teleportation
Powers: With his magical pipe, Phineas can blow a magical fog that surrounds and then teleports all within the fog to a place of his choosing. The pipe has a magical ‘bond’ with Phineas, only he can operate it properly and if lost, stolen or misplaced, the pipe will return to its master on its own.
Fighting Styles: Boxing, Martial Arts, basic British military ‘paw to paw’ combat.
Strengths: The pipe’s teleportation powers can teleport himself or groups practically all over the world.
Weaknesses: Aside from the pipe, Stanley is an ordinary furson who is vulnerable to physical attacks. Though he is in great physical shape, being ex-military, he possesses no super strength or other extraordinary physical abilities.
Bio: Stanley Blume was born to an aristocratic English family. Stanley excelled in school and was accepted into the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and graduated near the top of his class four years later. A career British Army soldier, Stanley rose to the rank of Colonel before he retired. For his bravery under fire during a battle in Afghanistan, Stanley was knighted by Queen Elizabeth. In retirement, Sir Stanley devoted himself to reading classic literature. He became obsessed with the Jules Verne novel “Around the World in Eighty Days.” So impressed was he that he visited the home of the famous author (now a French Museum). Straying from his tour group, Sir Stanley stumbled into a secret passageway in the Master Bedroom. While having a look around, the stallion discovered an antique pipe among the other belongings in the room. The pipe had a note tied to it that read, “to a worthy successor.” Puzzled over the meaning of the note, Stanley quickly left the secret room and rejoined his touring group. That evening, as he was in his hotel room hanging up his coat, he found that the antique pipe was in his left pocket. As he held the pipe and wondered how it got there, the pipe shot out a burst of mysterious fog. Before he realized what was going on, Sir Stanley found himself back in the secret room where he first discovered the pipe. Another small panel opened, revealing a book that Sir Stanley eagerly read. Turns out that Jules Verne was secretly a world traveller, using the mysterious pipe to transverse the world in order to gather information to write all his famous books. Sir Stanley soon understood that somehow, this mysterious pipe had chosen HIM to be the successor to its magical powers. The ex-military stallion wanted to use the powers of the pipe for the cause of good, and immediately registered with the Bureau of Superheroes using the code name of his favorite Jules Verne’s character: Phineas Pfogg. Due in part to his military discipline and leadership abilities, Sir Stanley quickly rose in rank to Assistant Director of the United Kingdom District.
Personality: As a seasoned military veteran, Phineas Pfogg is very calm and cool in times of crisis. Though very stoic and the ‘proper English gentlefur,’ Phineas is warm and fun loving.
