Of all the Pokemon that are supposed to look beautiful (looking at you Milotic and Gardevoir) there is no Pokemon that looks as magnificent as the mighty Mega Rayquaza. And a shiny Mega Rayquaza is the pinacle of beauty.
The glowing strands, the slender body, the beautiful chinese dragon like movements it showed in Pokemon Battle Revolution.
I just love this design.
I decided to give it a more realistic head. Aware of the fact that Rayquaza is a dragon I still thought that a snake head would fit better.
