it's the ugee ug2150, i've used a cintiq 13hd very briefly so i might not be in the best position to compare these two, but i've had almost no problems with my Ugee so far, and it's 1/3 of the price of a 22hd so I can't complain.
as for random problems and quirks i've encountered so far:
- can't use with sai in extended monitor mode, so i have to duplicate them (which is fine by me because i usually mirror my main monitor to check the colors anyways)
- drawing surface is completely glossy and not matte like the cintiq; this took a while to get used to but i'm perfectly fine with it now
- the styluses are not battery-less, but they give you 2 of em and the battery lasts for WEEKS
- calibrating can be a bit troublesome but i eventually got it pretty close to the colors of my main monitor
- no shortcut buttons on the tablet itself, but i dont use that anyways
and the pros:
- virtually no lag, feels even snappier than my friend's cintiq sometimes but don't quote me on that
- replacement pen is dirt cheap ($15-20) compared to wacom's murderous $70-100 (and they give you enough replacement nibs to last a decade, i've been using mine for a few months and the nibs aren't even showing any wear at all)
- the height/angle adjustment stand is WAY way more precise than the cintiq 13hd and feels sturdier
- the price
if you have any more questions i'll be happy to answer!!
