About a 1/2 hour to finish sketching (attempting to get it drawn right) , and a minute for each frame, starting with a rough draft. After that, I made sure it was fluid, which took about 15-20 minutes (deleting/adding frames). Final touch-ups were done pretty fast, about 30 seconds per frame. I'm guessing around an hour or two.
