This actually happened in-game: https://youtu.be/HOUbXU50N5U?t=47
The talented Ian Sampson (Tran4of3) made a great piece about this the other day ( https://tran4of3.deviantart.com/art.....ur63-698066886 ), and the resulting wave of nostalgia prompted me to have some fun with this concept as well.

Well since it looks like your in the mood of turning males into sissy girls, there was one game for the DS that I liked when I was younger. It was Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow:
In the game there is something called "souls", they're for acquiring new powers, one of them is the Valkyrie Soul, dropped by the enemy of same name that has the power to turn the main character into a Valkyrie and charge forwards.
If you're interested, you could do something about it.

Oh ho ho but that's not the end my friend!
You see, there is a recurring theme in the Old Metroidvania series since Symphony of the Night, and that's the Transformation:
In Aria of Sorrow (a previous version of DoS) there was the Curly transformation (a female demon with four arms) https://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.ne.....20150827021622
Portrait of Ruin also had some transformations, but just the Owl and Frog ones, nothing interesting.
But in Order of Eclessia had 3 for Shanoa, the Werebat, a female demon with bat wings.

The werecat, another female demon with a cat-like form.

And a robot... Really, I'm not kidding.

We could say Konami had a thing for that.

Heh, nice, I love when games go all not-serious but seriously like that. I never got to play this, but it's on my extremely long queue of games to play, though my newfound arting is cutting into any gaming time I might have now. :P
By the way, have you heard about Battle Princess Madelyn? You should definitely check it out.

It's a spiritual successor to Super Ghouls N Ghosts, and the story behind it's creation is great. I helped back it since it looked really well done.
Also, Ian's pic and this game is what Arthur would proooobably do... but then it makes me imagine that Argonian Maid scene with the crab when she sees the first enemy. *snicker*

Definitely right there, and for the first real time drawing (drawing more than game stages), I actually love what I'm drawing now. That's why I have my current avatar, doodle #17/37 on my page, "That feeling when your own art makes you laugh / smile", happylet.
Speaking of, I actually finally managed to get a scan after declaring "mission accomplished" on filling this page, so I'll be trying to get things up tonight. There's a few choice ones I want to show on their own, so they'll be blurred or something, and I need to re-scan to get rid of an unintended blur on one of the ones I'm most proud of creating. Also, my last few doodles could fit on a nickel.
