Golaith looked around at the new world he had awakened to. He was greeted with flashing lights and men in suits, some with what appeared to be weapons. He reflexively grabbed for his rifle, only to find that he had no weapons on hand. That's right! He lost them shortly before he found his king. Memories flooded his head as he recalled smoke, fire, and destruction. He saw hell first-hand. He saw his kingdom fall down around him, his homeland incinerated, and his commrades fall one by one. But worst of all, he saw his king, the one he swore to serve, die right in front of him. And then, he remembered his king's dying words...

"Take care of my son. He is our future..."

Tears started to roll down his cheek. Golaith was given a mission that he was ill-prepared for. He knew nothing except how to be a soldier. He wasn't fit for this. He wasn't fit... to be a father.

But that was his mission now.

"Save him!" Golaith screamed, hoping the creatures in front of him understood him. "I don't care what happens to me, just save him!"
