Yeah, ancient egyptian. It was for a tegaki group where every character had to be a mythical being, and I (being the furfag I am) chose Anubi. He was never supposed to be a crossdresser really, it just happened that his ceremonial dresswear looks... well... like a dress. HE'S PRETTY FLAMBOYANT THOUGH, HURR

I really need to get around to drawing him more. I liked him too. Put a fair bit of thought into story progression that never got to be used. Thanks, by the way <3

Anubis is pure distilled furfaggotry but it's baffling that wHOReUS doesn't get more exposure y'know?

TBH, Anubis isn't even my favourite Egyptian god. I like Set. And Sobek.

But when making the character I got lazy and decided I'm better at drawing dogs SO BOOM Anubi.
