An illiterate, slack-jawed, irresponsible slacker who, while not my direct superior, is ranked above me at my place of work. She has no sense what so ever of what kind of standards we have in my half of the store. She has no idea what her own job is, let alone what the responsibilites of other people might be. She is a low-minded, simple, racist, homophobic, ignorant, cowardly, and manipulative person of low character, a loser through and through who makes no attempt to improve herself or her situation, but instead tries to corrupt the quality of life and work for those around her and thwart the efforts of people attempting to make any sort of improvements or positive actions.
She was called out on some preticularly bad planning and irresponsibility on her part on friday that resulted in a further lose of payroll (by my two direct superiors) and found excuses to be abusive and eventually give me a write up today.

It's all alright. I was trying to bury the hatchet with this person and just peacefully coexist; she doens't know it, but I've saved her sorry ass multiple times and in part I was stressed out to begin with because while I am not the highest ranked person in the building this weekend, I was arguably the most responsible and also the most likely to get torn up for a failure to hold things together. However, I have very little actual authority, mostly I'm just afforded a bit more autonomy to get my work done than most.
But, yes, hatchet is unburied. I think this will end worse for her than for me.
