Mystra was out walking across a random world which she immediately noticed was extremely advanced. From cities floating in the sky, to enormous superskyscrapers, arcologies and even cities floating on the ocean, this was one wonderfull advanced world, which is always a treat for such a gigantic goddess. However this civilization seemed to have grasped electricity quite well, relying on weapons harnessing enormous electrical arcs to defeat their enemies. Something which Mystra was all to happy to teach just how much their electrical weapons paled in comparison to the "tiny" arcs of electricity she could create by just moving her hand close to one of their cities. Safe to say, the city didn't take it well...or any marine life for that matter.
She almost don't want to break it to them how big her arcs really can be.
