Well, Todd's a Bengal tiger...so I thought I'd run with it and try making him at least half-Indian, as a counterpart to the very Russian (Siberian) Cody. And oddly I think it suits his features better as a human.
So his surname really COULD be Khan instead if Connors now. Or I can write it off as one of those Ellis Island immigration whitewashings
Going a little toonier. Heads are a bit larger than I wanted, but meh...

I definitely considered that but I was torn...Cody has to be "fluffier" than Todd still...

Emm... and he's looking OH SO GOOD with facial hair <3 Though, why not have it be his mom's Indian? That way his surname is whatever ;-p Either name works.
I thought about that but Todd's mother is a golden retriever band the surname wouldn't fit there.
Though huh, maybe his father took his wife's last name and that IS Connors.
Awwwww, that's adorable and where he gets it. So, he should relate more so with Jake, no? >=3 You know, that'd not be too crazy, it's always possible. Maybe his mom owns a business and it'd be too much work to change her last name so she kept it and his dad took her's. XD

Great job on Cody's Russian looks too, though personally I think he should be even hairier.
