Because again, it's time to overdesign a bunch of background characters for the lels! I did these traditionally so I could pretend to be sociable for a few mintues, but it didn't work so much because I remembered I don't like being sociable too much :J

Bruce is Ashleigh's older brother, he's about 5 years older than her. He likes to surf, chat up cool kids, and generally be a chill fella. He has no serious ambitions and works at a skate shop while he figures out what to do with his life: he's currently taking a break from college to sort it out. He's somewhat introverted and prefers small groups of friends to big parties, but isn't anywhere near as shy as his baby sister! They're not the closest of siblings--they've drifted apart a bit as they've grown up--but they still get along well on the rare occasions they get talking! Bruce is often a source of unexpected wisdom for Ashleigh, despite his carefree lifestyle... Now if only he could follow some of his own advice and be more confident in his future!

Linsay(left) and Shanae(right) are Cathay's older sisters, 8 and 6 years her senior, respectively. As the oldest, Linsay is the bossiest and likes to remind the other two sisters that she's in charge, which is not helped by her career as a teacher! Shanae is the rebel of the family and likes to march to the beat of a different drummer, or at least likes to look the part! Like their little sister Cathay, all three are very boy crazy and somewhat competitive... They like to try to outdo eachother with how cool, hot, or successful their boyfriends are! Linsay likes athletes and Shanae likes bad boys... But daddy likes neither, and has been very firm with Cathay not start dating too quickly! Maybe in some attempt to keep her from competing with her sisters, but I think we all know how that's going to turn out...
