I see inspirations drawn from a number of different places. Now what do I recognize here...

- The pose is reminiscent of the Statue of Liberty.
- The dragon's overall design (fuzzy/feathery) suggests the common image of an angel.
- I'm not sure whether that outfit was inspired by ancient Rome or Greece, but it's one of the two.
- The candelabrum reminds me of a Menorah, but it doesn't have enough candles.
- The blue ball is loosely suggestive of Planet Earth (green and brown areas would make it look moldy. )

Nicely done, and very open to interpretation!
