It should be only fair that "Michael Dogson" should go too.

If he knew how much the world still loved him, he would've been so touched. Maybe he's looking down on the world right now, away from the pain and finally happy. It makes it sadder that the reason he wanted to do the "This is it" concerts in London was he wanted to show his children WHY he was called "The King Of Pop". So sad
