Here is a picture of the Quadriga and her 'host'. Francesca is the frightened mare in the center of the group. When she uses her ring to transform, she morphs into the four horses of the Quadriga, each with a separate sets of abilities, powers and personalities.

Weapons/Items: Francesca wears the ancient Equine Quadriga Power Ring. When transformed, each of her ‘selves’ wears traditional Roman armor, helmet and belt.

Powers: When transformed, Quadriga becomes four powerful equine warriors with four distinct personalities with their own set of superpowers (in the picture, from left to right):

#1 Forte -- (Warrior) Aggressive, Super strength but low intelligence, superior fighting abilities.

#2 Guarire -- (Healer/Doctor) Sympathetic, Healing/Medical powers, but normal strength and fighting abilities.

#3 Veloce -- (Speedster) Excitable, Super speed, medium intelligence, above average fighting abilities

#4 Cervello -- (Military Strategist) Stoic, Super smart, Clever, but normal strength and fighting abilities

Fighting Styles: Strict Roman military style combat techniques.

Strengths: Quadriga is literally a one woman army with an array of talents and abilities

Weaknesses: Because her four ‘forms’ have separate personalities, they often quarrel among themselves. Also, because the source of her Quadriga powers are her ancient ring, if Francesca loses the ring or her ring is taken from her, she loses the ability to transform.

Bio: While at an archeological dig of Roman ruins in North Africa, university student Francesca Bertelli stumbles onto an ancient looking gold ring with a horse’s head stamped on it. As her classmates and Professor are all looking away from her, she pockets the unique ring and takes it back home with her. Privately, the shy Italian mare researched the ring, discovering it could be the fabled Quadriga ring that possesses strange magical powers. Unsure what to do next, Francesca confides in her dear friend Lowla Bridgeda about what she had done. At first, Lowla advised her to confess that she had taken the ring from the dig site and take whatever punishment the university and the nation they were in would give her. However, what the nervous Francesca slipped the ring on her finger and stuttered out the name ‘Quadriga’, Lowla witnessed her transformation into the four horses of the Quadriga! This first transformation caused Lowla to change her opinion. It now was clear that it was Francesca’s destiny to find the ring and use its powers for the cause of justice. After the Quadriga remorphed her back into Francesca, Lowla talked the reluctant mare into joining the Bureau of Superheroes. Now she is stationed in Rome, so she can be near her university and serve in the Italian Bureau as Quadriga.

Personality: As Francesca, her personality is very shy, nervous and unsure of herself. As Quadriga, each of her four forms has her own unique personal traits, as noted above.
