So i started to get back into my old projects where i make furry and regular custom cars by hand rather than on Forza or in model form. This is usually how id come up with design ideas before pretty much sticking with Forza. However theres only so much you can do with Forza's paint and vinyl tool and honestly i wanted to get back into more freehand designing. Its not all my hand tho, as i start with a stock photo of whatever vehicle i want to do a design for and tracing that, often altering the design of the vehicle to make a fantasy or unicorn version of the vehicle THEN putting the design on it.
So heres my latest furry car. Its a GMC Vandura which i DO have in Forza Horizon three and which i wil post here too. This time its a fantasy farm van for
majira workin on a farm that grows a specific fruit thats dear to the tall fox's heart. As a special Majira touch youll note the strawberry on the doors and the custom made fidget spinner wheels

Yeah i do miss the Econo. But honestly i like the full size Transit. You can still get alot in there especially if you get the high roof model. I like how the three roof heights are part of the body rather than being a seperate skin like on the older vans. Every van would rust immediately at the seam between the body and the roof skin as water got trapped in the seam guttering/drip rails. Plus the Transit isnt really a new van. It was the Econoline of the UK, having been around for the same amount of time and is the best selling van in the UK and bits of europe, and EVEN had a healthy custom scene over there too!
But when it comes to CHARACTER the older vans had it for sure. Shag Carpeting, CB Radios, Geometric rear windows, bubble glass, mini bars, etc. So rad man!

Oh yes. And before the late 90s, those conversion vans used to come with a ladder and a cylindrical spare tire box mounted on the doors. Since the 80s, conversion vans would sometimes come bundled with video games. And what's cool with conversion vans is when you have more audio speakers to listen to music and that the third row bench seat can fold down into a bed.
