Basically, while she's single, she wouldn't mind having a good clean hug, from a friend of hers.
Why is she tied up? She's not just a police detective, but also an escape artist. (Meaning that, she COULD get out of the straitjacket, if she wanted to, but she simply chose NOT to, just yet...because that, she felt like cuddling with a friend, and, being tied in her mini-straitjacket, combined with a hug, would make it even more warm.)
Which place are they at, exactly? Who knows? That depends. But it IS cute, isn't it? (And who knows, which male character, is there with her?)
