WIP - Spiral Horns, cloth covering

The next stage in the horns. I cut strips of scrap cloth and dipped them in watered down white glue, then wrapped the stripes around the crepe paper base. Trimmed them, they just need another coat or so of glue and they'll be ready for painting.
