I was real curious about ABU, and pretty excited, I always dreamed of buying stuff from them, I got those cushies and littlepawz with scent strips, I gotta admit I regret it a little. They smell great and look super awesome but the smell was actually *too* great, the smell was so strong I got sick out of it :c
I wonder if it has happened to anyone? I could smell it from outside the sealed bag and box. It was so strong.
Also, I bought so much I'm lacking space to have them hidden, I had to use my shipping box as a secondary stash

Actually Haruko I had a similar experience, I wanted to try a sample from the a new ABU release and got it scented as well. It was only one and they actually stuck a scent strip in the bag. It was pretty embarrassing to pick it up at the post office because the smell was so strong. After opening it at my apartment it smelled up everything for 2 days. Good luck hiding it :P
Does it ever gets better later on? This is awful and such a waste for such good product, it was so strong it spreaded to my tenas. To a much more reasonable degree thankfully.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience about it, I guess I can relate now. As for me I live alone into a small 1 1/2 apartment in a basement level so every air is tightly stuck inside without chance of ventilation. The smell got me sick >.<

Aww thats the worst. I became light headed as well I don't know if they use a spray for the scent but its something I'm surprised no-one else has mentioned honestly. For me it only took 2 days with windows open but about a week for the smell to die down to just the area where I keep them. It goes without saying that you should toss the strip right away, its not needed XD. Hope the smell dies down. If its too unbearable I know they make a spray that scent locks any odors, it's used by hunters for their clothing when they go into the woods. Might wanna give that a look gl :P
My Little Girl gets sick easliy when it comes to certain smells.... Especially harsh chemicals, cleaning chemicals and anything that is reminiscent of a doctor's office or the ER..... I wonder if We shouldn't get these as a precaution...??? What is the smell?? Baby Powder???
I see, yes it smells like baby powder, there’s also a second type of smell but I can’t really identify it, you can always pick them out without the fragrance option. Either way it doesn’t smell like a doctor office. If you picked them up with a smell and it happens to be too strong, just air them out, that’s what I did after it smelled up my whole apartment thre first time,
