I used to make these all the time for my old forum. We'd give everyone a city and such based on their place and relationships in the forum. All good fun.
So anyway, I got really bored and rushed this one. Its not my best- but I lost all my good ones when I switched computers then decided I should submit it to prevent looking like an art moocher.
