Okay, my previous scan in awhile back was really bugging me, so I scanned it in on a better scanner. Huzzah!

Just a study of the anatomy of the hand and cross-hatching.

Looks pretty good.. Good structure.. the thumb looks a liittle swollen but good ^_^

Yeah, the swollen thumb erged me, but at the time, my patience was just waning and I went "Okay, just keep going. You will probably be drawing this hand again in different poses zillions of times to understand it." XD

indeed. A hand is dicifult, as you will never draw another hand in the same position again! They carry emotions, same as the eyes or the whole face.

I like the outlines you did here, it gives a nice expression.
