Looks like  krauser018 came back for round 2!(pun totally intended! Hahahahahaha _sorry. ) This one is of Meow from Space Dandy. He sure seems to be enjoying himself!

In order to properly achieve the color scheme using the markers I already had, I made 2 versions--one with the normal colors and a slightly desaturated version--and layed them on top of each-other, putting the desaturated one on top. Then, for the parts that didn't need to be desaturated, I erased them from the top layer, causing the normal versions to show up from underneath! Isn't that cool?
