Gorass /(Gore-russ)/

This metal is rare to find and in connection is valued highly. It is naturally found only deep within the mountains of desert or tropical biomes the latter if which it is a rarer find. The metal itself is oddly light yet dense and sharp if refined. The metal has an odd thermal conductivity as it is focused inside the material there is a type of gas that contains heat up to 5,700 Degrees Fahrenheit, in which the thermal energy is released back to the rest of the metal and the dark and mildly toxic gas (causing irritated skin, and of course burns if heated enough) escapes. The gas is also called Arfwo commonly, and its proprieties have not been fully studied. Anyways, when the metal comes in contact with a decent amount of kinetic energy from outside force, it is transferred through to the Arfwo which in turn releases heat back into the metal and basically lets it heat up accordingly to how much heat is within the gas inside of it, however the heat would have to be applied fairly recently as it is given off slowly over longer time periods (weeks). The metals color range from dark to light purple, when refined it usually tends to be a darker shade.

General summary: It is able to absorb large amounts of heat and contain them inside to later release them outward if force is applied, such as a powerful swing or blunt strike. Rare & Expensive.
