This is Asagi, a character that was goining to put her as the main character but then they disided not to make her a main so they put her as a hidden character to witch u need to u nlock that stage to get to her, but her level is far way better then anyons even tho she's not the main character lol xP it's sad, i fill sorry for her, but she'll get one some day ^^
