oh okay.. As you can see Drack face. I use highlight color to dot on his face to make a scale [Mostly dragon scale are tend to be shiny and reflective]
then I paint overall light and color over those scale again since there's some part of his face that will be less shiny because of light / shadow.

Looks like he's waiting for his date to come. His arms are crossed- it looks like he's uncomfortable outside his armor. Having spent hundreds of years alive, I'd imagine being out of your armor is like being naked, vulnerable. Perhaps for some krogan it's more uncomfortable to be out of your armor than it is inside.
Seeing him outside his armor- and wearing something as casual as a sleeveless shirt, no less- reflects a dimension of krogan I've not really seen before- vulnerable, but not in a sexualized kind of way (as one would get plenty of, on this site), but in a personal way, one that removes the krogan from the literal armor, and the figurative armor that keeps them from becoming vulnerable by embracing things in life other than combat.
So as a concept, this is unique as it does tell a story.
As far as style goes, your sketch-watercolor style continues to combine the aesthetics of both simplicity and complexity.
I really, really like this piece, if you can't tell. ^^;
