ART BY:
romanticponydream
This was part of a series of wonderful surprises by fellow panelist, Doodle Noodle! She made one of these for each of us and I was super excited to wear mine!
romanticponydream's art got a lot of great reviews by the patrons of BronyCon. Most of the excitement came from the voice actors who were all beyond excited to have signed copies of her pieces that I asked for them to sign. Having both Doodle Noodle and
aricub around to have their work genuinely appreciated as I talked to the VAs was truly the absolute best!
Of all the VAs, Clair Corlett (Voice of Sweetie Belle) was most excited. She was so happy with Doodle's work that she asked if she could make a short video clip of Doodle holding her piece up while sharing where on Deviant Art Doodle's other pony art could be found!
It was also great knowing Doodle and Saphy's work was displayed proudly in the Vendor Hall for the Charity Auction and that there work helped propel my donation of CCG and Trading Cards up to $250! Gabby-Gabby-Gaboo!

I remember when I first came to FA how much I wanted a Marcy Badge or one from Tavi. However I never got around to affording either. So it is nice to finally have a genuine convention badge.
My goal is to someday attend AnthroCon to meet some of our other furry friends. It's the closest of the furry conventions to me. Interestingly enough it is in the same city I spent 50% of 2016 in for eye surgeries and appointments. So going for AnthroCon at some point would be nice change of pace. :)
I think you and Tavi have attended a few furry cons. How have they been for you guys?

Awww, well, at least you got that cute pic from Tavi a while back. Didn't know you wanted a con badge.
That sounds fun. ^^ We've never been to AnthroCon, but we've been to MFM, which is in Olive Branch, MS, FWA, which is in Atlanta, GA, and TFF which is in Dallas, TX. That one is really far away, but since Uno used to live there, he likes going back for a visit during the con, so we all go. There's also a con right near us called Fang Con that we can go to without even needing to get a hotel room. They're all a lot of fun, but the bigger ones can be overwhelming at first. Lots and lots of people around, and there's a lot going on, but its not like you have to attend every panel or event. I don't attend a whole lot of them myself because they either don't interest me or I am too tired. But I do get out and walk around at least.

Plus you get the benefit of being able to meet some really great friends, or new ones, in person. Show them how great you are even offline. *Crinklesnugs* I know I'd enjoy giving you a hug, if you are into hugs, if we ever did meet.
Yeah... *Blush* I've always wanted a Tavi Badge. Was always jealous of others who got them but never got around to it. Perhaps, once I get my stuff together over here, I could commission Tavi for one? His style is definitely one I'd appreciate even if I could not physically see it.
I'm really happy with the kind art he did of you and I talking awhile back. He is certainly right in how I really enjoy sharing words with you, Ozzie. Getting to know you has been a real pleasure and I like knowing we can talk openly about how we feel. Having the ability to relate on a number of levels beyond our cuteness is very nice as, until FA, I really felt very lonely in coping with all I had to cope with. Realizing we can all mutually help each other through being pals is wonderful and what makes me happy I've been an FA'er for so long. *Crinklenuzzles and coos*

*crinklesnugs* Hehe, yeah, we would totally hug if we met. ^^
Well, his tags are about $15 or so, unless he's having a sale. Pretty good price in my opinion, and its not just because he's my munk. ^^ He does gift pics for people sometimes. Its just up to him as to whom he wants to give one to and when.
Its been a pleasure for me as well, as your struggles have given me extra hope. Not just for me, but others in general. *nuzzles n cos*

$15 is definitely beyond a fair price. Once I get some money saved I shall have to treat myself to some Tavi Tagging. :)
I really love how our little community can be such a support system. I came here so broken and now I'm even better than I can remember being ever in my life.
This reminds me of an interesting conversation I had at BronyCon with someone about Bronies and Furries. It basically came to a mutual understanding how a Brony is a Sub Group of Furries. Lots of Bronies think they are 'above' furries but they really do have similar characteristics. Those who deny it are like those who get all upset if anyone mentions G1 Pony to them. Can't have Bronies without Furries just as you can't have G4 without G1 through G3. :)
I can also say that I've been treated great by both groups but have been treated the absolute best by the overall Furry community. Going on nine years as a very open Baby Fur and no hate to date! Woop!
*Crinklesnugs* Thanks for making this place such a haven for those who need a padded pal, Ozzie.

Hehe, well he'll be ready when you are. ^^
I do too. I've found support in both the furry and AB/DL community myself. Some even converted to babyfur after meeting us, or at least made up their own fursonas.
I haven't had much Brony interaction, since I'm not into that, but I have talked with someone who used to be a Brony and said that the group he knew was rather toxic. So much so that he lost interest in it completely. I hate for that to be the case, but I know that there are always bad apples trying to spoil everyone's fun. I am glad that both Bronies and Furries have been a big help to you. ^^
*crinklesnugs* Aww, you're wlecome, and thanks for the same! ^^

It's interesting when you hear the stories of how Bronies create toxic environments. I've heard a lot of them, too, and they certainly outnumber the terrible tales you may hear about in the furry community. Perhaps it is due to those of us being furry being in search of a place of acceptance where Brony is kind of a 'fad'? I mean you don't hear much about furries in late night comedy or brought up in pop culture.
This is why I'm glad I could create both a Brony Yosh to go with my natural Yosh. Brony Yosh was the one I allowed to go blind to help work through those feelings. However the Yosh commonly around these parts only needs glasses. :)
I've enjoyed being able to be the whole me when I'm at BronyCon and how they liked having me there to present. I wouldn't mind if I could share the same love with a CWL that focused around furries in general. After all *Crinklesnugs and nosie nuzzles* I wouldn't have been a pony if not for first being a padded furry thanks to caring buddies. *Giggles as he pats your fluffy rump* Gaboo!

Yeah, and I know of many negative stories and stigma attached to furries. However, I've personally only experienced maybe one or two negatives myself. The main ones come from drama and disagreements. Also trolls, but that's going to happen with anything popular enough to have a strong number of people associated with it.
I'm glad you could too. Clearly it has helped you a lot. ^^
What is a CWL? Is your Brony Yosh a pony? I thought he was still a dragon, like that other character Spike. **crinklesnugs* ^^

Oh! *Blushes* CWL is the short form of Coping With Limitations. And, yep! Yosh as a furry and Yosh in Pony are similar in design with the exception of their diaper designs and how Pony Yosh is blind and furry Yosh is sighted with need for just glasses. :)
I've found Baby Furs to, in large part, be very accepting and non-trolling. I know it happens but most seem like they just want to feel loved and appreciated. Too caught up in wanting to feel coddled to be mean to others who, like them, just want to feel accepted.
Most definitely is how the Brony fandom itself has ruined a lot of people who would go to it since there, from my years in it, there are more trolls. However I've been lucky enough to be positively recognized by BronyCon so I can handle any drama thrown my way. I know I've helped people and anyone who'd give me tough times can kiss my padded tushie. *Giggles*

Oh, I most certainly am. It really helped me strongly realize how being totally blind doesn't mean I can't still be a part of the visual arts. Knowing what
romanticponydream is capable of makes me implicitly able to feel the cuteness that had to come from this very piece.
Thanks for giving a look, Kaffre. It's great to share all the personal growth I gained from a mere 72 hours in Baltimore with good friends. :)

Yay! Hearing your thoughts on it means a lot, my friend. I was certainly proud to wear it.
romanticponydream does such cute arts. Even if I could not physically see it I know it had to be super cute!
