Tiss Ruzzir is a councillor on the liberal wing of Shkargadian Royal Council.

He lives in a small but cosy cave (everybody lives in caves on Shkargad ;D), that is connected with a secret corridor/tunnel to manor of Noboru Jovaar, silent leader of the "conservative" party aka the opposition with whom Tiss conspires and has a major crush on... XD

Tiss has a pet iguana that he called "Mr. Jovaar" and pretends that it is Noboru, rehearsing speeches in front of it or occasionally telling it things that he doesn't have the courage to tell Noboru. His mom knits and sends him weird clothes from time to time that he wears at home, like this poncho XD
