Tlik's a cheerful teen brought up in a Shkargadian bordello (his mom works there and so he's got many potential fathers). Tlik is a good kid with a slight penchant for "borrowing" things from customers (that's his actual job) and people in general. He can't read or write but he doesn't need it to be happy. Or at least he thinks so until that day when he sees a comic book for the first time XDD
