when I first heard the title for this I hoped that it would be better then the last one

boy was I wrong

the story to this is that greg's family decides to skip Christmas and go to Hawaii only for it to go wrong. let me say this GREG ALREADY HAD A VACATION GO WRONG jeff do you seriously not remember the long haul a book you made a few years back and there's a movie out and is now the most popular book in the series. I thought double down was bad for being a greg torture porn but at least you tried to make an original story, but rehashing a previous story, seriously thats the best you can do (and I bet you all $500 the beardos are returning here) if that's the best you can do for a plot then you seriously need to just drop the series altogether or maybe pass it to someone who actually knows how to make a good story

the story should have been like this:
greg has had enough of his hard knock life and decides to run away but the only place he can go is the mingo woods where he meets mingo and gets a backstory on him being abused and running away and forming the mingo clan out of washed up kids who have no home.

NOPE i'm gonna rehash a story I already did because i'm stupid and don't know how to write good stories anymore what next kcirdor rules, log days, the beautiful truth, cabin flu, triple down
