Oh, such a beautiful forest, I can see why she would protect it. I like how you did the trees and leaves, they all look so nice and fluid.

This is a gorgeous piece. However, overall it seemed pretty dull/dark as far as the color intensity. I hope you don't mind, but I just changed the levels/contrast in photoshop a little bit, and this is what I came up with: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b.....stcontrast.jpg
I'm sorry, I know you didn't ask for critique, but I really like the piece and I thought this little tweak could take it to the next level. :) I understand though if you were going for a much more somber mood.

colors are nice and pleasing to look at... and you did a good job with shading too, gives the picture a nice soft look at...
The light ray shining on top of the.... dragon? ( looks more like a griffon... no offence ) is a nice efect, but it would have givven more deapth to the pic if there were morre of those rays shining through the trees...
I particularly like the texture you added to the tree trunks... it's very convincing.
ANyways... great pic, keep up the artwork...
