This was some stupid thing that was bouncing around in my head for a while now - and as a fan of both elder scrolls and pokemon, how could I not merge the two?

As an ability, Pixilate converts normal type moves into fairy type moves - after giving them a nice 30% damage buff first. Add that to the same type attack bonus it would now get, and Pixilate is doing 80% more damage before even calculating the x2 weakness dragons have to it.
so that 90 power normal move is now a scary 162 power fairy move that's nailing dragons at about 324 damage due to their weakness - before calculating any damage buffs on the attacker or defense / defense buffs the dragons may have.
